Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What types of payments do you accept? Is my personal information safe?
A. We accept credit cards through Paypal and 2Checkout. We do not receive your credit card details. The payment providers handle this end of the transaction for us and if payment is accepted it automatically generates a download link for you within seconds.

We also accept personal checks, money orders and school purchase orders. Personal checks take around 3-5 business days to clear. After it has cleared we will send you a link with the email on your order form. Please do NOT use school, gov, or business email address as our emails containing links are often mistaken as advertisements and blocked. Please contact us for our tax id information, if needed.

Q. How do I download my order?
A. After you have placed your order you will be redirected back from the payment provider back to our website where you can download your order. If you are not redirected back to our website, check your email. The receipt will contain your download information with a link. You may need to copy and paste the link into your web browser. You can also click on the late download link and enter your 4 digit order number located on your receipt. Click on the download button located next to your order and select save to save the file to your own computer. Please make sure you make a note of the folder that you are saving your download to. Allow the download to complete. Once the download has completed navigate to the folder that it was downloaded to and unzip the file.

Q. What is a ZIP file?
A. Zip files (.zip) are single files, sometimes called "archives", that contain one or more compressed files. Zip files make it easy to keep related files together and make downloading graphic files faster and more efficient. The Zip format is the most popular compression format used in the Windows environment, and WinZip is the most popular compression utility. Winzip also works with MAC computers.

Q. How do I open a ZIP file?
A. First, if you don't have a file extractor (aka unzipping program) on your computer you will need to get one. You can download a free trial at www.winzip.com . After you have installed WinZip, you can open a Zip file by double clicking it on your computer and choosing "Unzip or install from an existing Zip file" in the WinZip Wizard. (If the WinZip Wizard does not open by default when you start WinZip, just click the Wizard button in the toolbar). The WinZip Wizard will guide you through the process of unzipping your file. Important: Although you will be able to view the game files, will not be able to print until you have extracted the zip file.

Q. My download timed out now how do I get back to my order to finish downloading?
A. You will have 10 days to download your file before it expires. If you need it reset, please contact us.

Q. How do I print?
A. Files are all in PDF format. Just open the file and click the page(s) you need.

Q. What materials do I need to make a file folder game?
A. We recommend that you use card stock to print your games on. Card stock provides more durability than traditional office paper. Card stock and colored file folders can be purchased at any office store. Office stores as well as teacher supply stores can do a nice job laminating your games for long time use. The condition of your printer and quality of ink will greatly impact the look of your finished folder game.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. If you are new to downloading and printing files, we strongly urge you to download one of our free games to try. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our product.
